It is our hope that through Youth Encounter and Stage Lights students will Experience unconditional love, Encounter God through relationships with one another, and Engage Faith Through Action.
We meet most Sundays for community building, fellowship, and to experience God's word in a friendly and inviting environment. This time together helps us build relationships with one another and allows us to grow closer to God. We also come together as a group for various service projects, fellowship events, and retreats throughout the year.
Service projects give us the opportunity to serve God while helping others. We regularly partner with various organizations throughout the city including: The Kansas City Rescue Mission, Harvester's, Community LINC, and Midwest Foster Care and Adoption Association.
Fellowship events are opportunities for us to have a blast together while strengthening relationships within the group.

Our Mission Statement for Youth Ministry
Learn: We will encourage the youth to continue on their faith journey by reading Scripture, listening to each other, praying together, and asking questions. We will participate in conversation, respect differing opinions, and foster spiritual growth individually and within the group.
Love: We will form deeper relationships with each other and God by serving others in mission projects, by being respectful in our words and actions, and by being open to new ideas. We will celebrate each other as a unique creation of God.
Laugh: We will enjoy shared activities and fellowship.
